Payal has been teaching for 20 years. She started while still a student herself, rose to Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator and PGT (Biology) in school, and now teaches the children of families she first taught years ago. She holds an M.Phil in Parasitology and an M.Sc in Zoology from CCS (Chaudhary Charan Singh) University, and a B.Ed in Life Sciences from Jiwaji University. In 2015 she received the Best Teacher Award from the Government of India, presented by Smt. Smriti Irani.

She has taught a great many students in person and still runs her own offline centre, where children genuinely look forward to every class.
